From MYR MYR460.00
  • Duration: 8 Hours (approx.)
  • Product code: QKSI1
0830-0845 hours pick up from hotel. From Kuching drive for about 35 minutes to the Santubong Boat Club. Board a boat and cruise to the mouth of the Santubong River. There is a chance to spot the elusive and rare Irrawaddy dolphin, which is quite common in this area. Continue out to the South China Sea heading for Satang Island. This island is part of the Talang-Satang National Park and is a turtle nesting ground where Green Turtles and the rare Hawksbill Turtles lay their eggs. The turtle hatchery on the island provides an introduction to the conservation work being done to help these highly endangered sea creatures. Relax on the island’s white sandy beach or snorkel over the coral and marine life found in the shallow waters surrounding the island. A picnic lunch and refreshments will be provided. Return to the mainland via the Santubong estuary. Return to your hotel, arriving in Kuching at approximately 1500 hours.

Since you may be exposed to the hot tropical sun we strongly recommend that you bring along a cap, sun shades and sun block. Insect repellent is also recommended.
