Day 1 Kinabalu Park (L/D)
0830 hours pick up at hotel and depart for a 2 hours journey through breath taking scenery to Kinabalu Park, 88 km from Kota Kinabalu. En route, make a stop at Nabalu village to savour local fruits and to shop for local handicrafts. Upon arrival at Kinabalu Park check-in at the park office and at 11 am take a guided nature walk with a park naturalist. After lunch, there is a further opportunity to explore the botanical garden, which showcases some of the many species of plants that can be found within the park. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to relax or explore the park surroundings.
Day 2 Departure (B/L)
Be entertained by the sound of the early morning music of the montane birds found on Mt Kinabalu as you prepare for breakfast. Our guide will pick you up at your chalet following check out and take you back to Kota Kinabalu.
